Use SLM for metal parts, MJF or SLS for strong nylon functional parts, SLA for smooth high-detail resin prototypes, and FDM for fast, economical plastic parts.

If you upload your model, we can help match the process to your strength, detail, heat-resistance, finish and budget requirements.

Cost depends on material, part volume, printing process, quantity, surface finish and delivery speed. Uploading the CAD file is the best way to get an exact quote.

  • Plastic / resin / nylon: typically 2-6 business days depending on process and finish
  • SLM metal: typically 5-8 business days depending on material and geometry
  • Post-processing: add time for polishing, dyeing, painting, plating or heat treatment

Choose CNC machining when your part needs tight tolerances, machined metal or plastic, precise threads, flatness, critical surfaces, or material properties that are better achieved from solid stock.

CNC is a strong option for aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, ABS and nylon. Finishes such as anodizing, shot peening or no-finish machined surfaces may be available depending on material.

Choose Vacuum Casting when you need a small batch of plastic-like parts that look closer to moulded production parts, without investing in injection tooling yet.

Choose Rapid Injection Moulding when the design is validated and you need repeatable thermoplastic parts for bridge production, pilot runs or low-volume production.
